Every new account gets 2,000 free checks. After that you buy prepaid credit packs: 10,000 checks for $19 ($1.90 per 1,000); 60,000 checks for $99 ($1.65 per 1,000); 300,000 checks for $399 ($1.33 per 1,000). A check is one decision.

What counts as a check
Each call that returns a decision uses one credit. There are 3 kinds of decision.
- Eligibility: may this user claim a trial, coupon or sign-up bonus.
- Quota: may this anonymous visitor use a feature again.
- Referral checks: binding a user to a device and comparing an invitee’s device with the inviter’s.
- Releasing a claim (for example after a refund) is billed like a decision.

- Identifying a device, in the browser and in apps.
- Reading and searching events, visitors and their signals, and receiving webhooks.
- Bot checks, including the bot check API for plain HTTP requests.
- Creating an intent token, fetching a challenge and solving a human check.
- Listing related-claim flags and sending feedback labels.
- The public API status page.
- Every error response: failed calls are never billed.
How credits work
Credits are valid for 12 months and the oldest are used first. When credits run out, decision calls answer HTTP 402 until you top up, so your app can choose its own fallback. Packs are one-time purchases paid by card through Stripe. See the terms for refunds.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a seat price?
No. There is no seat price. You pay for the decisions you use.
Do free checks go to everyone?
Every new account is eligible. The free checks are for trying the service, and we apply our own abuse checks to sign-ups, so repeated sign-ups from one device may not receive them.
Can I get a custom plan?
If you need more than the largest pack or have special requirements, contact us.
Do you charge for failed requests?
No. Only calls that return a decision are billed.
