Support

Most integration questions are answered in the developer guide. If something is wrong, check the API status first, then send us a message.

Start here

  • The developer guide covers keys, intents, the web agent, the SDKs and every decision action.
  • The FAQ covers billing and data.
  • The status page shows live API health.

Common answers

  • HTTP 401: a missing or wrong key, or a publishable key used on a backend endpoint.
  • HTTP 402: no credits left.
  • HTTP 403: the project is disabled.
  • HTTP 429: rate limited or the daily write budget was reached.
  • Most failures still answer HTTP 200 and fail closed with eligible false. Branch on the body, not only the status code.
